電梯套線條廠家分享電梯的運行問題通常源于組成部件臟污、潤滑不良，以及配合間隙和相對位置因緊固螺栓松動、磨損等而發(fā)生變化。下面就給大家分享一下電梯的保養(yǎng)策略。

第一、電梯的大部分組件安裝在井道、底坑及轎廂外部，密封條件不是很高，很容易被井道里對流空氣中的灰塵臟污。轎門和廳門地坎、滑軌、吊門輪和滑塊及門鎖等部件因乘客的頻繁進出、空氣中的塵埃和地毯中的細纖維等臟污得更快，造成機構動作受阻，電氣觸頭接觸不良。

第二、電梯在運行過程中，由于頻繁的啟停和換向運行所產生的沖擊力，使轉動部件的磨損加快。如軸承的磨損、制動帶的磨損、蝸輪蝸稈的嚙合面磨損、曳引輪輪槽與曳引繩的磨損、導靴靴襯的磨損及門機系統(tǒng)、門鎖、吊門輪和滑塊的磨損等。除制動帶和導靴靴襯易損件需定期更換外，各機械部件都必須保持良好的潤滑，以避免轉動部件的直接摩擦。有的電梯之所以出現(xiàn)“抱軸”、斷軸事故，均屬無潤滑所致。

第三、組成電梯的機構有好幾十種，這些部件因經(jīng)常受力，就易出現(xiàn)緊固部件松動，致使機構動作難以準確到位而出現(xiàn)運行故障。為了使部件正常工作，必須定期檢查其配合間隙和相對位置的精度，及時緊固松動的零部件，更換已磨損超差的構件。

In order to make the parts work properly, the precision of the matching clearance and relative position must be checked regularly.
